Yummy NZ Rose apples add the perfect natural sweetness to this classic nutritious brekkie.

 

Ingredients

1 NZ Rose apple (grated with skin on)

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup water (or milk)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

Small handful chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts etc)

Honey to taste

Sprinkling of dried cranberries

 

Directions

Mix grated apple, oats, water (or milk) and chia seeds in a bowl, and leave in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight).

When ready to eat, add the rest of the ingredients, and dust with cinnamon and extra chopped apple to serve.
