Braeburn’s richer, redder cousin

Discovered in a Kiwi orchard in the mid 90’s – Mariri red are part of the Braeburn family. Known for their beautiful rich red coloured skin, crisp white flesh and a nice balance of tart/sweet flavour. Mariri Red is a wonderful robust and intense apple.

Apple Origin

It was a chance seedling, discovered in a Nelson orchard in the mid 90’s, Yummy started selling Mariri Red in 2012.
