A quick and tasty summer barbie plate!


Bamboo skewers

500g Lamb

1 glove garlic

Olive Oil

Sprigs of rosemary

2-3 Yummy Nectarines – try Hunnys or Classics!


Soak the skewers in water.  Cut the lamb into 2cm cubes, add to a bowl with crushed garlic, 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary, splash of olive oil, salt and pepper.  Mix and set aside for approx. 30 mins.

Meanwhile, remove stones from nectarines and cut into 2cm cubes. Place on skewer alternately with lamb chunks.

Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.  Grill approx. 2-3mins each side.  Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
