You can use either white (Pearl) or yellow (Classic or Hunny) flesh nectarines, or even peaches.  Adjust sweetness to suit.


3-4 Yummy nectarines roughly chopped

1T maple syrup or honey

1 c yoghurt (plain Greek or coconut)

Handful of ice cubes


Put chopped nectarines in a blender, add maple syrup or honey and yoghurt.  Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.  Add the ice and blend for another 30 seconds until smooth.

Add a scoop of your favourite protein powder for that extra energising hit!

Best served chilled before or after yoga… or without!
