Mustard flavoured apples anyone?
Just kidding. But we do grow mustard in the Yummy orchards from time to time.
Just before we’re ready to plant new apple trees from the nursery out into the big orchard, we sow a few crops of mustard seed to naturally cleanse and regenerate the soil, ready for the next generation of apple trees!
How cool does the bright yellow mustard flower look? John couldn’t resist getting the drone up to capture it in full bloom!
